Wow, today is pancake day!
Received a pancake challenge from Singaporean Students: University of East Anglia - UEA / Malaysian Students : University of East Anglia (UEA) and Hong Kong Students : University of East Anglia (UEA) !
It’s my turn now!
Though I don’t have enough ingredients to make a pancake, I used leftover biscuits and milk to make an Oreo-style brownie!
Only you need is Oreos and milk, and crush them together with a spoon in a bowl or a cup, then microwave it for 1 minute.
Done, here is your delicious cake!
今天是鬆餅日，又稱懺悔星期二（Shrove Tuesday）
據說在復活節的前40天，為了紀念耶穌受難40天，有一個為期40天的大齋期(Lent) ，由於這天之後要齋戒，為了避免未食用的雞蛋、牛奶、牛油等食物變質浪費，所以家家戶戶都會在這天把還沒用完的食材混在一起，做成鬆餅。
今天收到其他大使的挑戰邀請來製作鬆餅
他們的鬆餅看起來都好好吃呀
可惜我的冰箱沒有足夠的食材來做鬆餅
那麼，
只好用剩下的餅乾和牛奶做成了布朗尼蛋糕!
也是達到不浪費的目的了!
做法非常簡單
只需要幾塊Oreo餅乾和一些牛奶，用湯匙將它们搗碎在碗或杯子中，微波1分鐘，美味的Cake就出爐啦！
